Overview

Use this service to view applications that are not yet completed by HM Land Registry.

Use this service to find out:

an application’s progress status
the reason for application delays
information about recently completed or cancelled applications
the full priority period for Official Searches

If you’re a software developer

Use this document to integrate data into your system.

Process flow

Input

Request an application enquiry by sending the following parameters:

login details
application reference number
title number

The following parameters will also be necessary if there are any complications, and may be supplied to keep transaction calls and processing times to a minimum.

continue if title is closed and continued

Validation
